We’re not only a reference in what is visible, as attested by our guests through the Superhost title, but we also meticulously care for everything you cannot see, including: In addition to regularly replacing air conditioning filters to ensure a healthy and comfortable environment for our guests, we also check smoke detectors, repair cracks, inspect for leaks, and perform all preventive maintenance! In our three years as Superhosts, we have never faced serious problems or issues that caused discomfort to our guests since we prioritize safety in all our properties. Our support is available 24/7!
Furthermore, we offer full support in case of extreme weather situations, such as hurricanes. Thankfully, we have never had any incidents at any of the properties we manage. The safety and peace of mind of our guests are our top priorities.
